- What Holdscan does. Holdscan searches public blockchain holder records for wallet addresses that hold a set of token balances you supply. It reads public on-chain data only. It never connects to a wallet and cannot move, spend, or access funds.
- Your account. You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you use and for what you do while signed in. Each account gets a daily allowance of scans; we may change that allowance, and we may suspend an account that abuses the service.
- Acceptable use. Do not attempt to bypass the sign-in requirement or the scan limits, do not automate or scrape the service, and do not use it to harass, dox, or endanger anyone. Do not use it where doing so would break the law that applies to you.
- Results are not advice. Holdscan returns candidate matches, not certainties. On-chain data can be incomplete, delayed, or ambiguous, and a candidate wallet may not belong to whoever you think it does. Do not treat results as financial, legal, or investigative advice, and do not act on them as if they were confirmed facts.
- No warranty. The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise it will be available, accurate, or uninterrupted.
- Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including any decision you make based on its results.
- Changes and termination. We may change or discontinue the service, or these terms, at any time. Continuing to use Holdscan after a change means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using it at any time.
- Privacy. Our privacy policy explains what we collect, what we store, and what we do with data from your Google account.
